✅ 문법 포인트: “would”의 뜻과 용법

① 미래에 대한 가정 (if 없이도 가능)
→ I would go down too; it would be good to examine the creature.
→ “나도 내려가겠어. 생물을 관찰하는 게 좋을 거야.”
→ 실제로 아직 하지는 않았지만, 마음속의 가정을 부드럽게 표현합니다

② 정중한 제안이나 의지 표현
→ I would cook too; it would be good to invite people over.
→ “나도 요리할게. 사람들을 초대하면 좋을 것 같아.”
→ 직접적이지 않게, 부드럽고 예의 있게 자신의 의사를 표현할 수 있습니다..

③ 반복된 과거의 행동

→ 어릴 적 매일 학교에 걸어 다녔다는 반복 습관을 나타냅니다.

I gasped as I opened my eyes and watched the scenery.
A condor soared up into the sky and coasted over the mountains toward an iceberg.
I thought, 'This was going too far.'
I couldn't trust my eyes. I shouldn't trust my memory.
It would be good to go out and look around by myself.
'I am probably the first person in the whole universe to ever visit another planet.
Had I traveled back to the time of the Big Bang?
Is this the place in real time? What in the world am I doing here?'

✏️ Today's Reflection
4번째 연습이라 그런지 조금 더 익숙해졌습니다.
하지만 시간 대비 어버버 하는 시간이 아직도 길어요. 전부 하는 데 25분 정도 걸리는 것 같아요.
예전에 매직트리하우스를 처음 읽고 뽑아놓은 문장으로 연습해보려 했지만, 지금은 실력이 늘어서 그런지 너무 쉬운 문장들도 많아졌어요. 게다가 챕터 내용도 다 기억나지 않더라고요.
그래서 오늘은 다시 빠르게 읽으며 문장을 새로 정리하고 연습해봤습니다.
약간 시간이 더 걸리지만 훨씬 도움이 되는 것 같아요. 연습하다 보면 점점 나아지겠죠?

연습을 하다 보니 유튜브 알고리즘에서 라이브아카데미 관련 영상들도 뜨더라고요. 함께 연습해보고 싶다는 생각이 들었지만, 아직은 시간이 너무 많이 걸리니까 익숙해질 때까지는 조금 참아보려 해요.
