On their way, they promised not to tell anyone because no one would believe them. They also decided to go back to the magic tree house again.

By the time I woke up, the sun was about to rise over the horizon. A lot of time had passed since I’d fallen asleep on the bus. The place looked completely different from where I had departed. The city was glowing in the sunlight. It was waking up beautifully. My eyes widened in surprise, and my face lit up with happiness. I clasped my backpack and headed toward the Tagus River. I still couldn’t believe I had really arrived in Portugal. But the little tram was a sure sign of Lisbon. Then I knew for certain that I was truly in Lisbon. After enjoying the view of the Tagus River, I took one last look around the main square and walked toward the hotel.

✏️ Today's Reflection
오늘로써 Magic Tree House 1권이 끝났어요. 하루에 한 챕터씩, 총 10일이 걸렸습니다. 오늘 문장들은 좀 제대로 연습한 느낌은 아니었지만, 완벽한 연습보다는 꾸준함으로 이어가보려 해요.
내일은 2권 Chapter 1부터 새롭게 시작합니다. 한 걸음씩, 계속 앞으로!
